Projects Juggler® has been developed by the Centre for Competitiveness (CforC) in partnership with Charm Company Ltd.

CforC is a private sector, independent, not-for-profit, membership organisation endorsed by the Department of Enterprise Trade and Investment in Northern Ireland. It is funded by membership, sponsorship and the delivery of specialised business improvement services. Members of CforC are part of a network of leading organisations, both locally and internationally, which for over 15 years has a successful track record sharing best practice and an exclusive range of business improvement tools and techniques.

The project management method in Projects Juggler® is based upon world wide accepted standards of project management.

Projects Juggler® has grown out of practical experience of working with businesses of differing sizes and types, from private sector micro and SME’s through to large companies and SBU’s through to the Public Sector in its many types and forms and recognises the challenges that face owners, managers and leaders as they manage their organization.
